This month's tape is a live recording of Led Zeppelin from 1971. The recording opens with Communication Breakdown, which although short has some funky interplay between Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones. This immediately leads into the bluesy I Can't Quit You Baby where Page weaves in and out of Robert Plant's desperate vocals.

The tapes' high point is an extremely psychedelic, 15-minute version of Dazed and Confused. Jones and drummer John Bonham pound out a steady beat while Page and Plant tear out their hearts and rip them to pieces with some amazingly pained vocals and guitar playing.

Also included are beautiful versions of Going to California and That's the Way. Whole Lotta Love really rocks as well and gives way to a short medley of influences on the band. If you're a Zeppelin fan, you'll love this tape!
