This is one hell of a set that starts off with over 45 minutes of Truckin'/Drums/Other One/Stella Blue. The Truckin' is hard and rockin' as is The Other One. There's plenty of lengthy jams to get lost in as the Grateful Dead takes off into stratospheric heights of musical glory. As if the 35 minute pairing of these two songs isn't enough, the band lands solidly in one of the most beautiful and passionate versions of Stella Blue. Too bad there's a cut in the middle of the song to accommodate the tape flip, but even so, this one packs quite a punch. The remainder of the set is quite nice as well, including a powerful Not Fade Away/Goin' Down the Road. Why they don't pair these two tunes up any more is a wonder since they fit so well together.
Side 1: Truckin', Drums, Other One, Stella Blue...
Side 2: ...Stella Blue, El Paso, Ramble On Rose, Not Fade Away, Goin'
Down The Road Feelin' Bad, Hey Bo Diddley, Not Fade Away
