First Appeared in The Music Box, February 2007, Volume 14, #2

On February 9, Yonder Mountain String Band celebrated Florida's warm weather with a superb show at the Culture Room in Ft. Lauderdale.  Over the course of the evening, the band fused On the Run with Mother's Only Son, Pow Wow the Indian Boy with If You're Ever in Oklahoma, and Robots with Peace of Mind, and it tucked a cover of the Talking Heads' Girlfriend Is Better between Boatman's Dance and Nothin' But Nothin'.  Fortunately, longtime Music Box supporter George Weiss was on hand to provide visual documentation of the experience.
