Somehow, The Young Dubliners managed to find a happy medium within the
convergence of punk, pop, alternative rock, and Irish music. Foggy Dew and Follow Me Up to
Carlow are the two traditional tunes on the album, and they feature some killer riff trading between
fiddle and electric guitar. Wash My Hands is what the Dave Matthews Band
would sound like if it could find a sense of urgency; the Dada-esque Nothing's Gonna Change is full of energy, and Change the
World should be a hit single. ![]()
