Euphoria, Leftover Salmon's third disc, does a reasonably good job of capturing the band's sound even though the songs are somewhat abbreviated from their concert counterparts. The opening trio of tunes displays the stylistic diversity of the group's sonic palette.  From the fierce, raw energy of Better to the laid-back country/bluegrass groove of Highway Song to the Cajun/New Orleans romp through Baby Hold On, Leftover Salmon takes the listener on a wide-ranging musical journey that is wholly unique.
