Somewhere along the line a dream pairing between Neil Young and Pearl Jam
went awry. Mirror Ball is not a bad album, per se, but it's still rather
disappointing. No new ground has really been tread by either artist.  Instead, the set sounds just like a redux of Neil Young & Crazy Horse. Sure, the jams are excellent, but
unfortunately all creativity was lost by Mirror Ball's hasty recording. Instead of moving forward,
Young took a step back. Too bad! ![]()
