Residents of St. Petersburg, Florida enjoyed a beautiful, warm, and sunny Saturday afternoon on September 27, when the area's annual fall street arts festival commenced. The event's low-key atmosphere provided the perfect environment for families to commingle with both art lovers and music fans. Seven bands from around the region performed over the course of the day, beginning with Del Suggs. The Green Grass Boys, James Peterson, The Porchdogs, Lonely Heroes, and Have Gun, Will Travel followed suit, and headlining act The Heavy Pets took the stage, late in the day. Music Box correspondent George Weiss was on hand to document the proceedings with his camera.
