Langerado Music Festival: moe.

A Photo Journal by George Weiss

First Appeared in The Music Box, March 2007, Volume 14, #3

The 5th Annual Langerado Music Festival was held on March 9-11, 2007 at Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida. This year's stellar line-up included performances by Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio, O.A.R., Paolo Nutini, Toots and the Maytals, Los Lobos, New Pornographers, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, and many others. moe. began its 10-song set with Crab Eyes. Later, the band was joined by Assembly of Dust's Nate Wilson for a rendition of Blue Jeans Pizza, and it concluded its performance with a medley of Wind It Up, Good Trip, and Plane Crash. After being called back for an encore, the group delivered a solid rendition of Buster. Fortunately, longtime Music Box supporter George Weiss was on hand to provide visual documentation of the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
