Langerado Music Festival: The Slip

A Photo Journal by George Weiss

First Appeared in The Music Box, March 2007, Volume 14, #3

The 5th Annual Langerado Music Festival was held on March 9-11, 2007 at Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida. This year's stellar line-up included performances by Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio, O.A.R., New Monsoon, Paolo Nutini, Toots and the Maytals, Los Lobos, New Pornographers, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, and many others. Touring in support of its latest effort Eisenhower, The Slip performed at the event on March 10. Fortunately, longtime Music Box supporter George Weiss was on hand to provide visual documentation of the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
